Abraham Lincoln,

His CHRISTIAN NATION PROCLAMATION of 1862

Abraham Lincoln, as President and Commander & Chief

President Abraham Lincoln, in this important 'General Order', makes a more important declaration.

[1] President Abraham Lincoln reveals 10 points of Doctrine that are (a) Religious Dogma embraced part of the State, that are commanded, advocated, preferred, promoted, and protected by the U.S Government;

- and (b) Reveals the foundations upon which this American Nation was founded - from General Washington and 'His First general Order after the Declaration of Independence' through Abraham Lincoln's present effort to "Preserve the Union."

Please note than President Abraham Lincoln never considered the U.S. Constitution a founding document of the U.S.A., and always went back to the following documents:

> The Declaration of Independence 1776 which technically began the new and independent status of the Union - though it was disputed at this time, the American Colonies still being claimed by the Crown of England. Thus the USA was not an independent nation recognized by the world at this point;

> The Articles of Confederation, 1777 (not finally ratified by the states until 1781), and was a Constitution with power and a President of the Continental Congress year by year;

> The Treaty of Paris, 1783, which confirmed the independent status and verification of the USA as an independent sovereign nation to the world;

> Then finally the U.S. Constitution of 1787, ratified in 1789, which Constitution had no citizens' rights and no citizen's rights; no states' rights, and no state's rights;

> This U.S. Constitution allowed for (a) grudge-based public killing in open, witnessed duels; (b) slavery, (c) debtor's prison, (d) human chattels, and (e) no voting for woman or slaves;

Abraham Lincoln, President and Commander & Chief's Order

The President, Commander in Chief of the Army and Navy, desires and enjoins the orderly observance of the Sabbath (I) by the officers and men in the military and naval service.

The importance for man and beast of the prescribed weekly rest, the sacred (II) rights (III) of Christian (IV) soldiers and sailors, a becoming deference to the best sentiment of a Christian (V) people, and a due regard for the Divine Will (VI) demand that Sunday (VII) labor in the Army and Navy be reduced to the measure of strict necessity.

The discipline and character of the national forces should not suffer nor the cause they defend be imperiled by the profanation (VIII) of the day or name of the Most High (IX).

“At this time of public distress,” adopting the words of Washington in 1776, “men may find enough to do in the service of God and their country without abandoning themselves to vice and immorality.”

The first general order issued by the Father of his Country after the Declaration of Independence indicates the Spirit (X) in which our institutions were founded and should ever be defended: “The General hopes and trusts that every officer and man will endeavor to live and act as becomes a Christian soldier defending the dearest rights and liberties of his country.”

Abraham Lincoln: Declared Rights Enumerated

(I-Above) Abraham Lincoln's Governmental Order for an orderly 'observance of the Sabbath by the officers and men in the military and naval service.'

This is a religious right and a most important dogma of the Judaeo-Christian Religion;

(II-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares the 'legal category of that which is sacred' - taking its rightful place equal to and preferred to the profane (unsacred-unholy, not evil)

(III-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares the sacred dogma as a 'right' - not a privilege offered or granted by government, but a 'right of the citizen-soldier', protected by federal Law;

(IV-Above) Abraham Lincoln here defines the definition of Sabbath as that of the 'Christian Religion' for soldiers and sailors. He also admonished here a governmental avocation for "a becoming deference to the best sentiment of a Christian people';

(V-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares these desired sentiments - promoted by government - to be those that are 'becoming' to a "christian People": North or South, President Abraham Lincoln in all Presidential speeches and addresses - as well as this General Order - identifies the 'People' of this Union as 'Christian'' which the U.S. Supreme Court legally confirmed in 1892, and which Supreme Court Decision has never been overturned;

(VI-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares 'a due regard for the Divine Will' recognizing (a) the Divine, that this is neither an atheist nor secular people, (b) that The Divine has a Will that is revealed and can be explicitly known (and we only know this from the written Holy Bible), and (c) the divine Will needs to be regarded: by this President, Commander and Chief, Soldiers, Citizens and Christian People;

(VII-Above) Abraham Lincoln here defines and acknowledge the commands of the written Word of God, in the Holy Bible of Jews, Catholics and Protestant Christians as a day in which Lincoln 'commands Sunday labor' (including U.S Government offices are closed) be restrained by to the measure of strict necessity;

VIII-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares that for this Sabbath to not be 'observed in an orderly way is a 'profanation of the day or name of the Most High';

(IX-Above) Abraham Lincoln here declares to the word that this Union of the USA recognizes and seeks by Law to not profane

> (a) His Day, or
> (b) His Name, further declaring that their
> (c) personal character may be injured by such profanation, and exceedingly important,
> (d) "the cause they defend be imperiled by the profanation of of the Most High;

President Abraham Lincoln then Quotes from general George Washington as follows:

“At this time of public distress,” adopting the words of Washington in 1776, “men may find enough to do in the service of God and their country without abandoning themselves to vice and immorality.”

Here President Abraham Lincoln shows the great important attached to all of these rights as being the very first of the orders issued by General Washington after the Declaration of the USA as an independent and sovereign nation:

The first general order issued by the Father of His Country after the Declaration of Independence indicates the Spirit in which our institutions were founded and should ever be defended: “The General hopes and trusts that every officer and man will endeavor to live and act as becomes a Christian soldier defending the dearest rights and liberties of his country.”

(X-Above) Here Abraham Lincoln makes perhaps the most important statement of dogma in his proclamation: "the Spirit in which our institutions were founded and should ever be defended:"

Here we have irrefutable proof that in unbroken chain from the original 13 State constitutions, through the Declaration of Independence and Articles of Confederation;

through The Treaty of Paris - which is actually the singular document that affirms the USA as an independent and sovereign nation; and said treaty was signed with a huge header:

"In The Name of the Holy Trinity

On Through the present distress, Abraham Lincoln declares that this Christian People, recognizing the Most High God and His Divine Will, seeking by Law to not profane His Name or His Will - thus hindering His Providential blessing upon the Union's Cause; that this is "the Spirit in which our institutions were founded and should ever be defended:"

Then President Abraham Lincoln signs his name:

Abraham Lincoln (signature)

Abraham Lincoln's 'Christian Nation Proclamation' of 11-15-1862

Abraham Lincoln's tremendous "Christian Nation Proclamation" of November 15, 1862 - that this is "the Spirit in which our institutions were founded and should ever be defended:" equals his Emancipation Proclamation of 1863, and actually exceeds it muchly.

Abraham Lincoln's 'Christian Nation Proclamation' is worthy of weighty consideration and understanding as the basis of Law, Rights, identity as a people, recognition and obedience due the Most High God, the Christian Religion;

- and his obvious recognition and acceptance of the written Word of God where the Divine Will recognized by Abraham Lincoln in not profaning the Sabbath by unnecessary is known - and using this 'revealed Divine Will' as the basis for United States Law, cannot be over emphasized.

That President Abraham Lincoln declares this foundation upon which our institutions were founded NEEDS to be defended and SHOULD be defended - with due diligence and no less vigor than the defending of the Union itself; as this Spirit of Christianity based upon the revealed Divine Will of God is that foundation!
