Shalom Brethren,I Chester N Turrell, ThD, DD PhD do believe I am called of God to be a Minister of the Lord Jesus Christ."I do believe in the Authority of the Word of God.I do believe the basic tenets of the Apostles Creed.I do believe in the Great Commission of Jesus Christ and World Evangelism, that it is to "Teach ALL people ALL things that Jesus taught the Disciples according to Matthew 28:19-21.I do not believe in same sex marriage.I do believe my nation (and all nations should be "A Nation UNDER GOD!"Here is my personal testimony.In the year 1961 at the age of 7 years old, the received the Savior into my heart and into my life, and also was baptized.At the First Baptist Church Junction City, ORin 1973 I received the Baptism of the Spirit speaking in other tongues as the Spirit gives the utterance. And this was in a language that was known. Not what some call an angelical language.In 1976 I was Licensed and Ordained into the Ministry. And for 33 years have been in the Ministry.I am the Pastor and Presiding General Overseer of Apostolic Truth Ministries Worldwide. And have been since 2000I was in another Organization, but since the leaders were fighting over whom was to lead the the Organization, I departed, turned in my papers and resigned.I do have ministers under me in other countries. In India, Africa and South America.I have been called to be an Apostle as I am a Church planter. And have been an Apostle since 2000.And an Apostle is one that is sent by the Messiah our Savior to teach, preach and establish Assemblies wherever needed.Now, I don't get to everywhere to set up Assemblies, but through the internet I can help the local Elder establish their Assembly, with the necessary paperwork and studies, etc.My Degrees where gotten through hard training, so they are not honorary.Signed. They do this 7 days a week.In South America we have one (1) Pastor with 75 people.We have 32 Elders/MinistersTotal people attending Services through the week 9,127And I am the Presiding General Overseer.Two of the Pastors in Africa are Bishop's, and one Minister in India as Bishop. So we have 3 Bishop and myself whom is doing the work of an Apostle/Presiding General Overseer.A Note here.The reason why you will not see me or any of our Ministers use the word Rev. because no where in the Scripture does it tell us to call man Rev. It says right and Rev. is the Savior.The titles for a Minister are:Apostle, Bishop, Overseer, Pastor, Elder, Evangelist, Teacher. So those I stick with and use.I pray that you will consider me.
