SARAH PALIN ASKS: Why should the economic problems of a 'Whole Nation' (often caused by an 'economic bubble' with some kind of error) be paid for on the backs of such a few hardworking citizens, and often the poorest and most vulnerable of society?

SOLUTION: Staring with the nation's [A] highest hourly-wage jobs, of the [B] nation's largest employers; simply do as follows:

SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (a) Instead of destroying America's full-time-employment jobs, reduce the 40-hours-a-week-norm to become 39 hours a week (or 38 or 37, whatever is needed to compensate for the economic downturn) keeping ALL employees, causing NONE to lose their jobs and benefits, or their homes and livelihood;

SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-2) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE" in that employers can reduce their employee's hours as needed, adjusting as often as needed, and it literally costs them NOTHING - PLUS - it saves employers their financial portion paid into unemployment benefits and extended health benefits, or "severance pay" for jobs cut;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-3) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE and EFFICIENT" in that it works everywhere, in every segment of society, in every situation and every industry - from the highest paid white-collar employees to the lowest paid blue-collar workers;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-4) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE and EFFICIENT" in that starting from the top echelons of each company with the highest paid workers - those who are "Best-Able" to survive economic belt-tightening (as it is usually white-collar-workers who stimulate and profit from economic bubbles!) . . .

. . . RATHER THAN paying for the economic downturn by America's lowest paid blue-collar workers, whose homes, livelihood, families, and even marriages and health, are often destroyed by severe financial hardship;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-5) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE" in that it is instantly flexibly adjustable to all industries as they need, and can be easily adjusted to reflect the slightest change in upturns or downturns of economy as each industry deems best;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-6) This"SOLUTION is SIMPLE and EFFICIENT"in that it will often be solved completely - without coercion - by simply allowing all employees who desire to voluntarily reduce their hours to 4 1/2 days a week, to 4 days, or even 3 days per week (deeming the 'free-time' more important in their life than the extra money!), making work for those who would normally lose their jobs to "unemployment";


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-7) This"SOLUTION is SIMPLE and EFFICIENT" in that the 'reduced-hours-reduced-income' is applied to ALL government jobs (Congress, Supreme Court and Presidents included!) in equal percentages as the private sector:

(a) thus ALL AMERICANS share equally in the economic pain;
(b) thus ALL AMERICANS share equally in rebuilding the economy;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS:(f-8) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE and EFFICIENT" in that it COSTS NO ONE ANYTHING to implement immediately - neither government, the business community, nor the over-burdened U.S. Tax-Payer! It is simply a re-defining and new understanding of how a capitalist society deals with the inevitable ebb and flow of economic upturns and downturns;


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-9) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE and BEAUTIFUL" in that it is "NON-PARTISAN" and benefits ALL Republicans, Democrats, Independents and "*Idiots" fairly;

[*NOTE: "Idiot" is the Greek term for those who neither vote, nor care about public policy, neither take any part in civic duty and nor public responsibility: thus it is appropriate and accurately describes this mind set. The term "idiot" needs returned to its original definition!]


SARAH PALIN EXPLAINS: (f-10) This "SOLUTION is SIMPLE and POWERFUL"in that it removes future financial-loss fears, in all segments of society, of the great loss and deprivation suffered by millions when the inevitable economic downturns occur, thus allowing EVERY American - from 'Working-Wage to Wall-Street' to go forward in life with hopes, goals, drams and business ventures, producing and expanding aggressively, removing MUCH OF THE RISK . . .

. . . This SIMPLE but SURE SOLUTION" as a simple change in economic understanding will be a great milestone in American Democracy!
