[3] THIRDLY, God specifically says for Himself 'That though we may be IGNORANT about many things regarding Him . . . (Heaven, Hell, Suffering, Tragedy, etc., etc.), BUT THERE IS ONE THING God says we must not be ignorant of:' Here it is: "Beloved, be NOT ignorant of this ONE THING! . . . that God (our Father in Heaven), is long-suffering, and NOT WILLING that any should perish! For from the words of God's own mouth, God is indisputably clear, and He tells us: . . . that He GREATLY DESIRES FOR EVERYONE TO BE SAVED and NONE TO PERISH!
REMEMBER, this is the 'ONE . . . GREAT . . . TRUTH' . . . that God says we MUST NOT . . . be ignorant of even if ignorant of many other things!
Since this truth is so vitally important to God Almighty, we beg of you to memorize this Scripture and share it with others as you have opportunity! II Pet 3:8-9.
ALONG THIS SAME LINE IS A SECOND SCRIPTURE THAT SURPRISES PEOPLE . . .
[4] Everyone knows John 3:16, . . . but John 3:17 is equally as GREAT, or even BETTER! Here God Himself tells us clearly: That 'He DOES NOT WANT to CONDEMN the World', . . . . . . but rather that 'He sent His Son that the WHOLE WORLD might be saved!' For God sent NOT His Son into the World to CONDEMN the World, but THAT THE WORLD - Through Him - might be SAVED!
[5] Some Modern Theology to the contrary . . . God is not waiting and willing to do the following: >> Blast the whole world into pieces with Armageddon! >> Torture them with hideous tribulation plagues for 7-years! >> Then cast them into hell-fire to be burned alive FOREVER and EVER! >> Yet the MAJORITY OF CHRISTIANS BELIEVE THIS!

>> John 3:17 - God says He does NOT want to condemn the world . . . BUT TO SAVE the world! >> II Peter - 3:8-9 God clearly says HE DOES NOT WANT MILLIONS AND MILLIONS AND MILLIONS to perish! >> IF you can read, you can get a new sense of YOUR soon to be father God!
Furthermore: >> God is NOT content to win a 'few pitiful souls' and let 'satan' have '999 of 1,000 . . . or 9-of-10, . . . or 5-of-10, . . . or even 2-of-10, . . . >> GOD IS GOD! AND HIS WILL PREVAILS! >> GOD "WINS" . . . not "barely" . . . but GOD WINS ABUNDANTLY!!!

The POWERFUL GOD! The GOD of MIGHT and MIRACLES! So the FIRST FACT to FIX FIRMLY and PERMANENTLY in your mind, is that God WANTS YOU to have ETERNAL LIFE! > Jesus never mentioned Grace when He shared the Gospel in John 3 with Nicodemus - nor EVER in His Ministry!

> Paul never mentioned Free Gift to the Philippian Jailer in Acts 16 - though he wrote a whole Chapter on it in Romans 5!

What all this means is this: "It is not a technical set of beliefs! It is not difficult, it is not hard to grasp. It is broad and general, . . so get the big picture - THE ONE FACTOR THAT ALL PREACHED and ALL REQUIRED: just ONE and ONLY ONE.
PART-B Second Five Plans of Salvation
PART-B Presents the actual stories of people getting saved in Scripture There are only four places in Scripture where the Gospel is presented to another person directly, and told simply and surely how to be saved, that is to receive Eternal life.
[6] Jesus tells Nicodemus how to be saved in John-3 (4-6 minutes)
[7] Deacon Phillip, the only person said to be an 'Evangelist' in Scripture, tells the Ethiopian Eunuch in Acts-8 (6-10 minutes)
[8] Apostle Peter, the leader of the original 12 Disciples, tells Cornelius (the first gentile) how to be saved in Acts-10 (6-10 minutes, a little more if you read the whole story)
[9] Apostle Paul, the greatest Apostle to the Romans (Gentiles) the Philippian Jailer how to be saved in Acts-16 (Only 2-3) minutes if you already know ABOUT Jesus)
[This is the only place in all of Scripture where the question is asked point-blank in seven words: "What must I do to be saved?" Paul gives an 11-word answer, prompting some to call this the "7-11 Gospel!" taking about "7-11" minutes for the whole understanding and receiving!
[10] The Thief-on-the-Cross with Jesus is a strange case of salvation, as nothing occurs here that most Churches teach on how to be saved. Yet Jesus guarantees him saved!
Jesus DOESN'T tell the thief how to be saved, but HE affirmed that what the thief did: Saved him!/b> (4-6 minutes)

PART-C More Common Salvation Plans
PART-C: Versions 11-15 are among the most widely used plans of sharing salvation, common especially in the 20th century. They are labeled as follows:
[11] Romans Road as made famous by Baptists in general, and focuses on Salvation as God's "Free Gift!' Amazingly, this particular way was never used by anyone in the Scripture themselves, was not used by Jesus, Philip, Peter or Paul: but many like it, and it gets the job done. (Can be from 13-33 minutes)
[12] Ephesians 2:8-9 as made famous by D. James Kennedy and Presbyterians, and is taught around the world as "Evangelism Explosion" focusing on " God's Grace". This plan too is amazing in that it likewise was never used by anyone in the Scripture themselves, (Jesus, Philip, Peter or Paul) and Jesus never used the word "Grace" a single time in His full ministry . . . but many like it, and it gets the job done. (Can be from 13-33 minutes)
[13] Revelation 3:19-20, as made famous by many in the Evangelical-non Baptistic (holiness-and-charismatics, focuses on the urgency and opening of the heart, using the Scripture "Behold, I stand at the door and knock ..." focusing on "Grace". This plan too is amazing in that it likewise was never used by anyone in the Scripture themselves, (Jesus, Philip, Peter or Paul) although Jesus uses this Scripture offering it to a Church - not an individual . . . but many like it, and it gets the job done. (Can be from 13-33 minutes)
[14] The Four-Spiritual Laws as made popular by Bill Bright and Camous Crusade for Christ in Bible Churches), and focuses on "God's Laws" being as real as Science or math laws, used effectively with college students. This plan too, is amazing in that it was never used by anyone in the Scripture themselves, (Jesus, Philip, Peter or Paul) . . . but many like it, and it gets the job done. (Can be from 13-33 minutes)
[15] The Acts 2:38 Pentecost Model as made popular by the former Campbellites - now Churches of Christ - and focuses on "Repent and be baptized", and you shall receive the Gift of the Holy Ghost, This plan too, is amazing in that it was never used by anyone in the Scripture for individuals or Gentiles, [the repentance (change your mind) being preached to the Jews and those with other religions who needed to 'Change their worship']
This one is the most controversial as it requires water baptism for Salvation, which baptism bust be done by a properly recognized Church of Christ Minister. This is the least widely accepted as valid . . . but many like it, and it gets the job done . . . in an extraneous way. (Can be from 13-33 minutes)
[16] There is also John 1:12 which is much like The Revelation 3:19-20 which focuses on "personally receiving Christ as your Saviour as popularized by Billy Graham
[17] There is also Romans 10:9-10 which can be part of the Roman Road, but leaves of the "sin focus" and emphasizes "believing in the hear and confessing with the mouth, popularized by "Mainline Churches" asking only that a person "Confess Christ before men. This was taught by Jesus, and by Paul here in Romans, but many Evangelical-Fundamentalists call it "easy believism" as it calls for no commitment . . . but many like it, Jesus said it, and it gets the job done. (Can be from 3-10 minutes) The more conservatives make a big deal out of "believing from the 'Heart' versus the 'Head'!" but this is basically impossible to define and describe. [18] Is Rush Limbaugh a true, Born-Again Christian? (This Has good explanation of how to Receive God's Gift of Eternal Life!) [19] The Publican who bowed and said "Lord be merciful to me a SINNER! He did not confess his sins, he confess being a sinner! We can't be saved by confessing all of our sins . . . because . . . we can't remember all of our sins! [20] Saved by answering the Only Question Jesus asked: Whom do you say that I am?
