Islam: Religion of Abraham, Jesus & Mohammad;

Are Islam, Judaism and Christianity all saying the same thing?

Many Christians and Jews are surprised to know the Muslim Bible, the Holy Qur'an teaches strongly in the Virgin Birth of Jesus the Messiah, Son of Virgin Mary, and in Moses, God's Great Deliverer and recipient of the Law.

[1] Surah 2:88

2: 88 And verily WE (God-Allah) gave Moses the Holy Book of the Law, and caused Messengers (Prophets) to follow in his footsteps after him; And to Jesus, son of Mary, WE (God-Allah) gave manifest signs, and strengthened Him with the Spirit of Holiness.

For nearly 100 more references to Jesus, Messiah, Mary, Gospel and Christian in the Holy Qur'an, see:

Holy-Qur'an - Amazing Scriptural Quotes About JESUS their-Messiah:

Muslims say as Follows:

Jesus, Moses, Mohammad (Peace be upon them), all served as Messengers of the same God, the GREAT I AM, the One True God, the God of Ibrahim (Abraham).

All prophets of all ages taught "surrendering one's will to God" that is the meaning of word "Islam" as the Christian New Testament says: JAMES 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

The teachings of the "Modern Lukewarm Western Church" contradict the direct teachings of Jesus and that is the cause of the confusion.

If a sincere Christian who wants to follow Jesus (peace be upon him), and asks Catholic Priests about Trinity (a made-up word, NOT in the Holy Bible of any faith: Judaism, Christ or Islam!), the answer that he gets is "It is a Mystery, not explained by Jesus clearly, and cannot be understood"

However, Jesus said, "I spoke openly to the world. I always taught in synagogues and in the temple, where the Jews always meet, and in secret I have said nothing" (John 18:20 (NKJ).

The Trinity is neither defined nor explained by any of the 10,000 denominations the same way, generating MUCH CONFUSION.

Yet in the Christian Bible God-Allah-Jehovah-the GREAT I AM clearly says in His Word: "God is not a God of confusion." 1 Corinthians 14:33.

    (1) God Himself clearly says: "I the Lord your God Am One!"

    (2) Moses clearly said: "Hear ye O Israel, the Lord your God is ONE Lord!"

    (3) Jesus clearly said: Mark 12:29: "the Lord our God, the Lord is One".

    (4) And Mohammad said there is One God!

Jesus was in Submission to Almighty God while He was here on Earth, and clearly showed the preeminence of God the Father in Heaven:

    [A] 'I came NOT to do mine own will, but the will of Him that sent me.' John

    [B] Matthew: 26:39: "He went a little farther and fell on His face and prayed" (Following Jesus Way is following what he did). Jesus prayed to one God

    [C] Matthew 4:10 "The greatest commandment is The Lord your God is One Lord, and You shall love the Lord, your God, with all thy heart, soul, mind and strength, and Him only you shall serve"

    [D] John 5:19: "Most truly I say to you, the son cannot do a single thing of his own initiative but only what he beholds the father doing."

    [E] John 7:16 Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me

    [F] Matthew 27:46: "Eloi (Allah?) , Eloi, lama sabachthani?" -- which means, "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"

    [G] Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God: John 8:54

    [H] Jesus said of himself: "No one knoweth the day nor the hour (of his return to Earth) no not even the Angels of Heaven, but the Father-God only."

Origin of Trinity

The Trinity is not in the Jewish Bible, The Christian Bible or the Islamic Bible.

Where did it come from?

The Trinity is a doctrine from about the year AD-325. It has its roots in polytheism. Jesus didn't have to hide the concept of trinity if it were the basis of salvation.

The New Catholic Encyclopedia - 1967, VOL. XIV, PAGE 299:The formulation "one God in three Persons" was not solidly established, certainly not fully assimilated into Christian life and its profession of faith, PRIOR TO THE END OF THE 4TH CENTURY.

But it is precisely this formulation that first claimed to title "The Trinitarian Dogma. AMONG THE APOSTOLIC FATHERS, THERE HAD BEEN NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY APPROACHING SUCH A MENTALITY OR PERSPECTIVE."

You should also not accept the word “son” literally. The word "son" was used in bible for general human beings and other prophets also. "we all are the Children of Father in Heavens" indicates that word "son" was used in different meaning of love and care.

Jesus said in Mathew: 5.9: "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they will be called the sons of God.”

    Muslims love Jesus, they believe in his miraculous birth with the will of God without a father or sexual act (the way Adam was born without a mother and father), they believe in miracles that Jesus (pbuh) performed with permission of God, including the resurrection of the dead.

    The Muslim faith demands them to believe Jesus was a great prophet of God and belief in the original message of Jesus the massaya (Messiah).

    Thus Jesus was a "spiritual Son of God" not literal - that is in the flesh, as produced by Sexual intercourse - but simply by the World of God by by the shadow of His Holy Spirit.

There was just not one holy book sent by God on Earth through His messengers.

The last testament "Quran" had to be there from the same source, revealed to the Prophet Muhammed, [admittedly an illiterate person who didn't know how to read or write] some 600 years after Jesus, which testament corrects the errors that crept unwittingly and seemingly unknowingly into the message that Jesus brought.

This book (the Koran) was not preserved on paper or in one Church but in hearts of thousands of Muslims who memorised Quran word by word the way it was revealed.

Thus the Qur'an should prove to be a very valuable asset to both Muslims and Christians.

Qur'an: [Surah 4:171]

    O people of the scripture, do not transgress the limits of your religion, and do not say about GOD except the truth. The Messiah, Jesus, the son of Mary, was a messenger of GOD, and His word that He had sent to Mary, and a revelation from Him. Therefore, you shall believe in GOD and His messengers.

      You shall not say, "Trinity."

      You shall refrain from this for your own good.

      GOD is only one God. Be He glorified; He is much too glorious to have a son (literally, from a sexual manner). To Him belongs everything in the heavens and everything on earth. GOD suffices as Lord and Master.

[Surah 5:73] Pagans indeed are those who say that GOD is a third of a trinity, (or thousands or millions). There is no God except the one God. Unless they refrain from saying this, those who disbelieve among them will incur a painful retribution.

Koran - "Holy Qur’an" Quotes on Jesus

(Surah-1 is basically a ‘Formal Islamic Introduction’ quoted before all prayers, etc., private and public.

There is no mention of Jesus or Christianity in Surah 1;

Will you, then, every time a (Divine) Messenger comes to you (Such as Jesus) with what you yourselves desire not, behave arrogantly and treat some as liars and slay others?

[2] Surah 2:136

2:136 And they say: `Be ye Jews or Christians, then you will be rightly guided,' But you say unto them: `Nay, but follow ye the religion of Abraham who was ever inclined to ALLAH; he was not of those who associated (other) gods with ALLAH.'

2:137. Say ye, `We believe in ALLAH and what has been revealed to us, and what was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael, and Isaac and Jacob and his children and what was given to Moses and Jesus, and what was given to all other Prophets from their Lord. WE make no distinction between any of them; and to HIM we submit ourselves.'

[3] Surah 2:253

2:253 These are the Signs of ALLAH. WE recite them unto thee with truth. Surely, thou art of the Messengers.

2:254. These messengers have WE exalted some of them above others; among them there are those to whom ALLAH spoke and some of them He exalted in degrees of rank and We gave Jesus, son of Mary, clear proofs and strengthened him with the spirit of holiness.

And if ALLAH had so willed, those that came after them would not have fought with one another after clear Signs had come to them; but they did disagree. Of them were some who believed, and of them were some who disbelieved.

[4] Surah 3:3-4

3: 3 "ALLAH is HE besides Whom there is none worthy of worship, the Living, the Self-Subsisting and All-Sustaining. HE has sent down to thee the Holy Book containing the truth and fulfilling that which precedes it;

and HE has sent down the Torah (Law of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus Christ) before this, as a guidance to the people; and HE has sent down the Discrimination (judgement between right and wrong)."

[5] Surah 3:46

3: 46 When the angels said, `O Mary, ALLAH gives thee glad tidings of a son through a word from HIM; his name shall be the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, honoured in this world and in the next, and of those who are granted nearness to God;

3: 47. `And He (Jesus) shall speak to the people in the cradle, and when of middle age, and He shall be of the righteous.

3: 48. She (Mary) said, `My Lord, how shall I have a son, when no man has touched me? He said, `Such is the way of ALLAH. HE creates what HE pleases. When HE decrees a thing HE says to it `Be,' and it is;

[6] Surah 3:49-52

3: 49 And HE will teach Him (Jesus) the Holy Book, and the Wisdom, and the Torah, (Law of Moses) and the Gospel;

3: 50. And will send Him as a Messenger to the Children of Israel with the Message,

    `I come to you with a Sign from your Lord, which is, that I will fashion out for you a creation out of clay after the manner of a bird; then I will breath into it a new spirit and it will become a soaring being by the command of ALLAH;
      "And I will heal the night blind and the leprous, and I will quicken (resurrect) the dead by the command of ALLAH; and I will announce to you what you will eat and what you will store up in your houses.

    Surely therein is a Sign for you, if you are believers.

3: 51. `And I (Jesus) come fulfilling that which is before Me, namely the Torah; and to allow you some of that which was forbidden unto you, and I come to you with a Sign from your Lord; so fear ALLAH and obey me;

3: 52. `Surely, ALLAH is my Lord and your Lord, so worship HIM. this is the right path.'

[7] Surah 3:53-55

3: 53. And when Jesus perceived their disbelief, he said, `Who will be my helpers in the cause of ALLAH?' The disciples answered, `We are the helpers of ALLAH. We have believed in ALLAH. And bear thou witness that we are obedient;

3: 54. `Our Lord, we believe in that which thou hast sent down (Jesus born of a Virgin doing miracles, raising the dead - ascended) and we follow this Messenger. So write us down among those who bear witness.'

3: 55. And Jesus's enemies planned and ALLAH also planned, and ALLAH is the Best of Planners.

[8] Surah 3:56-61

3: 56. Remember the time when ALLAH said' `O Jesus, I will cause thee to die a natural death (No one took the life of Jesus from Him, but He lay it down) and will raise thee to Myself,

and will clear thee (Jesus) of the charges of those who disbelieve, and will exalt those who follow thee above those who disbelieve, until the Day of Resurrection; then to ME shall be your return, and I will judge between you concerning that wherein you differ.

3: 57. `Then as for those who disbelieve, I will punish them with a severe punishment in this world and in the next, and they shall have no helpers;'

3: 58. `And as for those who believe and do good works, HE will give them their full rewards. And ALLAH loves not the wrongdoers.'

3: 59. That is what WE recite unto thee of the signs and the Reminder, full of Wisdom.

3: 60. Surely the case of Jesus is like the case of Adam. HE created him (Adam) out of dust, then he said to him, "Be! And he was.”

3: 61. This is the truth from Thy Lord (Jesus), so be thou not of those who doubt.

[9] Surah 3:84-86

3: 84. Do the seek a religion other than ALLAH'S, while to HIM submits whosoever is in the heavens and the earth, willingly or unwillingly, and to HIM shall they all be returned?

3: 85. Say, `We believe in ALLAH and that which has been revealed to us, and that which was revealed to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and the tribes, and in that which was given to Moses and Jesus and other Prophets from their Lord. We make no distinction between any of them and to HIM we submit.

3: 86. And whoso seeks a religion other than Islam, it shall not be accepted of him, and in the Hereafter he shall be among the losers.

[10] Surah 4:156-160

4:156. . . . - nay, but ALLAH has sealed them (doom) because of their disbelief, so they believe not, but little -

4:157. And for their disbelief and for their uttering against Mary a grievous calumny; (accusing her adultery)

4:158. And for their saying, `We did slay the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, the Messenger of ALLAH;' whereas they slew him not, nor did they bring about his death upon the cross,

[B]but he was made to appear to them like one crucified; and those who differ therein are certainly in a state of doubt about it; they have no certain knowledge thereof, but only pursue a conjecture; and they did not arrive at a certainty concerning it.

4:159. On the contrary, ALLAH exalted Him (Jesus) to Himself. And ALLAH is Mighty, Wise.

4:160. And there is none among the People of the Holy Book but will continue to believe in it before his death; and on the Day of Resurrection, He (Jesus) shall be a witness against them.

[11] Surah 4:164-165

4:164. Surely, WE have sent revelation to thee, as WE sent revelation to Noah and the Prophets after him;

and WE sent revelation to Abraham and Ishmael and Isaac and Jacob and his children;

and to Jesus and Job and Jonah and Aaron and Solomon, and WE gave David a Book.

4:165. And WE sent some Messengers whom WE have already mentioned to thee, and some Messengers whom WE have not mentioned to thee - and to Moses ALLAH spoke at great length –

[12] Surah 4:172

4:172. O People of the Book! Exceed not the limits in your religion, and say not of ALLAH anything but the truth. Verily, the Messiah, Jesus, son of Mary, was only a Messenger of ALLAH, and a fulfillment of HIS word which HE has sent down to Mary, and a mercy from HIM.

[13] Surah 4:173

4:173. Surely, the Messiah (Jesus) disdains not to be a servant of ALLAH, nor do the angels who are near to Him, and whoso disdains to worship HIM and is proud, HE will gather them all to Himself.

[14] Surah 5:47-48

5: 47. And WE caused Jesus, son of Mary, to follow in their footsteps, fulfilling that which was revealed before Him in the Torah; and WE gave Him The Gospel which contained guidance and Light, fulfilling that which was revealed before Him in the Torah; and a guidance and an admonition for the God-fearing.

5: 48. And let The People of the Gospel judge according to what ALLAH has revealed therein, and whoso judges not by what ALLAH has revealed, these it is who are the transgressors.

[15] Surah 5:78-80

5: 78. Say, `O People of the Book, exceed not the limits in the matter of your religion unjustly, nor follow the low desires of a people who went astray before and caused many to go astray, and who have strayed away from the right path.'

5: 79. Those amongst the Israel who disbelieved were cursed by the tongue of David, and of Jesus, son of Mary. That was because they disobeyed and transgressed.

5: 80. They did not restrain one another from the iniquity which they committed. Evil indeed was what they did.

[16] Surah 5:111

5:111. When ALLAH will say, `O Jesus son of Mary, remember MY favour upon thee and upon thy mother; When I strengthened thee with the Spirit of Holiness so that thou didst speak to the people in the cradle and when of middle age;

[A]and when I taught thee the Book and the wisdom and the Torah and the Gospel; and when thou didst fashion a creation out of clay, in the likeness of a bird, by MY command;

[T]then Thou (Jesus) didst breathe into it a new Spirit and it became a soaring being by MY command; and thou didst heal the night-blind and the leprous by MY command; and when thou didst raise the dead by MY command;

[A]and when I restrained the Children of Israel from putting Thee (Jesus) to death when thou didst come to them with clear Signs; and those who disbelieved from among them said, `This is nothing but clear deception.'

[16] Surah 5:112-116

5:112. And remember MY favour when I inspired Thy (Jesus) disciples saying, `Believe in ME and MY Messenger (Jesus),' they said, `We believe and bear Thou witness that we have submitted.'

5:113. When the disciples said, `O Jesus, son of Mary, is thy Lord able to send down to us a table spread with food from Heaven (Jesus, Bread of Heaven)? He (Jesus) said, `Fear ALLAH, if you are believers.'

5:114. They said, `We desire that we may eat of it, and that our hearts may be at rest and that we may know that thou (Jesus) hast spoken the Truth to us, and that we may be witness thereto.'

5:115. Said Jesus, son of Mary, `O ALLAH, our Lord, send down to us a Table from Heaven (Communion) spread with food that it may be to us a festival (Easter/Passover), to the first of us and to the last of us and a Sign from THEE; and provide sustenance for us, for THOU art the Best of Sustainers.'

5:116. ALLAH said, `Surely I will send it down to you; but whosoever of you disbelieves afterwards - I will surely punish them with a punishment wherewith I will not punish any other of the peoples.'

[17] Surah 5:117-121

5:117. And when ALLAH will say, `O Jesus, son of Mary, didst thou say to men, `Take me and my mother for two gods beside ALLAH?' And He (Jesus) will answer,

`Holy art THOU, I could never say that which I had no right. If I had said it, Thou wouldst have surely known it. Thou knowest what is in my mind, and I know not what is in Thy mind. It is Thou alone WHO art the Knower of all hidden things;

5:118. `I (Jesus) said nothing to them except that which Thou didst command me - Worship ALLAH, my Lord and your Lord.

And I (Jesus) was a witness over them as long as I remained among them, but since Thou didst cause me to die (God's Sacrifice), Thou, hast been the Watcher over them, and Thou art Witness over all things;

5:119. (Jesus continued) `If Thou punish them, they are Thy servants; and if Thou forgive them, Thou surely art the Mighty, the Wise.'
