Ordains to "Minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ"

This is to certify: Angam G Chahong, of Shillong, Meghalaya, India, has made proper application; has given personal, signed-testimony to salvation, calling to Ministry of the Gospel by Jesus Christ, and pursuance of education, discipleship and credentials thereunto; has been "duly evaluated" by Cambridge Theological Seminary according to the Holy Scriptures, and has been found to meet spiritual conditions to be "Ordained Minister of the Gospel of Lord Jesus the Christ."

[I] The "Ordained Minister" named above is authorized as follows: to (1) Preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, (2) Baptize Converts, (3) Dedicate Children, (4) Anoint with Oil, (5) Offer Communion, (6) Impartation by Laying-on-of-Hands, (7) Receive Offerings, (9) Administer Confirmations, (10) Conduct Funerals, (11) Preach Revivals, (12) Conduct Christian Weddings, (13) Apply for State-License & County Registrant to perform 'State-Recognized Marriages', (14) may be candidate as Deacon (Civil Oversight) as in Acts 6, I Tim 3, and/or (15) candidate for Bishop (Oversight of other Ministers);

[II] ... is authorized to "Sign Legal Documents" of Baptism, Baby Dedication, Confirmation - and "New Birth" Certificates, etc;

[III] ... is authorized to "Apply for a State License" to perform Legal Marriage according to the Laws of the home State and/or Register in County/Municipality;

[IV] ... is authorized to establish a "Local Church", and/or a "Church-Christian-Day-School" - with an "automatic and instantaneous 'Tax-Exempt' Status";

[V] ... is authorized to visit County-&-City Jails, State-&-Federal Prisons for spiritual needs; to character witness in court on behalf of any person so desired, and to submit letters/affidavits to any Judge on behalf of any person, in any case, according to the desire of the Ordained Minister;

[VI] ... is authorized to visit Hospitals, Nursing Homes, etc., at any hour the patient requests - in emergency - according to protocol of establishment visited;

[VII] ... is authorized to "park vehicle in emergency parking" when making emergency visits at emergency room, "IF" the vehicle is properly marked "Clergy", and park in "Special-Parking" at hospitals at all times with marked vehicle; further authorized to conduct "Religious Services" in Hospital Chapels, and use Hospital Office with files of the patients as designated for Fully-Ordained Ministers;

[VIII] ...is authorized to engage in "Spiritual Counseling" according to God's Word, to receive a "proper fee" - if so desiring - with "Right to Client Privacy Privilege" same as Lawyers;

[IX] ...is authorized to use the "title of Reverend and/or wear a clerical color;"

[X] ...is authorized to immediately seek the "Honorary Title Doctor of Divinity"; to seek as experience warrants, the "Earned Title Doctor of Ministry"; if-and-when other ministers are called under his ministry, and/or discipled, trained, and/or guided thereby - "Title of Bishop;"

[XI] ...is authorized to seek Federal, State, & City Income Taxes; Sales Taxes, Excises Taxes, Use Taxes, Property Taxes and numerous other Tax Advantages;

[XII] ...is authorized to legally withdraw from the Social Security Program, taking personal responsibility for retirement income from now on, while being guaranteed Social Security Retirement Income if has already attained "40 Credits" or more (10 years of paying into FICA), if so desiring;

[XIII] ...is authorized to legally receive "Tax-Free Housing Allowance" including coverage for repair, remodeling, and refurbishing;

[XIV] ...is authorized to legally receive a "Tax-Free Utilities Allowance" for the home (this is separate from the Housing Allowance), if so desiring: this is also "free from having to pay the 'double-rate' on FICA": a truly Amazing benefit for Ministers!

[XV] ...is authorized to legally provide for a Spouse to be covered under Social Security, even if spouse is not working outside the home or Ministry;

[XVI] ...is authorized to legally increase benefits for a Spouse covered under Social Security - whether or not working outside the home or Ministry - if that income is currently low;

[XVII] ...is authorized to legally establish a "Home-Based Ministry" apart from Church Ministry, and derive the tax benefits thereby;

[XVIII] ...is authorized to legally establish a personal Ministry in their legal name, that is neither related to their Church - nor their community, and would go with them, if they moved from that area - and derive the tax benefits thereby;

[XIX] ...is authorized to legally to seek Ordination as a "Registered, Certified, and Endorsed, Full-Chaplain", to seek employment/compensation thereof, and derive the tax benefits thereby;

[XIX] ...is authorized to legally establish A "House Church" - separate from the "Home-Based-Ministry" - with all legal advantages of any Church, to receive "tax-Exempt Tithes-&-Offerings, receive personal compensation, and the tax benefits thereby;

[XX] ...is authorized to legally seek numerous other Legal Advantages from a 403(b) retirement plan for the pastor to Tax-Free medical benefits for over-the-counter medicines & certain food-supplements, to receiving "Cash-Love-Offerings and much more, if so desiring;

These are the more "Common Rights and Privileges" of a Gospel Minister of the Lord, Jesus Christ,with "Full-&-Legal Ordination" in accordance with the Holy Scriptures of the New Testament, and granted by Constitutional & Federal Tax Laws of the United States of America.
