Questions and Short Answers of Ordination and Taxes

[1] Even though I have never been to seminary, and do not pastor a Church are you saying I could be ordained "in the eyes of the government anyway?"

ANSWER: Yes! As egregious as that statement is, YES! (We will acquire that for you by tomorrow!)

[2] So the idea is to become ordained on the basis of my involvement with a Church as a strategy to stop the legal plunder of my property by the government? (which with Obama and my tax & spend governor) is on the verge of becoming unbearable)

ANSWER: NO! - not on that basis and not as a strategy - but rather as a “Responsibility before and unto the Lord to WITHHOLD MONEY from the atheist & Christ hating USA Government and agency (IRS), and conversely granting money to those who love Christ and labor in His Vineyard (YOU!)

[3] I've never considered myself called or gifted to the ministry, so I would hesitate at forming a church.

ANSWER: That’s why God has His People “Ordained by others” because we seldom see ourselves accurately - in the positive or negative.

NOTE: Is it not incredible? . . . that Christ appeared to Paul - miraculously - spoke to him in an audible voice, . . . yet DID NOT TELL HIM HIS CALLING - but rather sent him to a house on Straight Street where God later sent a man named Ananis to Paul - never heard of before or after - and this regular, ordinary, unknown, unrenowned, uncelebrated man . . . neither an apostle nor eyewitness disciple . . .lacking status and position . . . this COMMON MAN (how uncouth!) TOLD THE GREAT & EXTREMELY EDUCATED PAUL . . . WHAT HIS CALLING WAS, and what God wanted him to do?

Why, O Brother, didn’t Jesus simply tell Paul himself when He was speaking to him miraculously???? Will you PLEASE give me a theologically astute answer becoming sound doctrine?

I wrote more extensively to your calling-issue in the other email: the short answer simple: is you ARE both Gifted and Called, absolute and indisputable, or Scripture gives us no guidelines that can be reasonably understood.

ANSWER: Congratulations, . . . You have waited. . . you have hesitated . . . you have already formed a “Church” “de facto” now it’s time to advance: cash and all!

ANSWER: As much as it gags me to admit it: Yes!

[5] This government is becoming so oppressive I'm at the point of considering it as a means of simple survival if it can be done legitimately. The punishment of productivity is so incredibly pernicious.

ANSWER: As you say . . . I would wish you to want to be “Fully and Legally Ordained” as a Minister of Lord Jesus the Christ - Committed . . . Unashamed for the world to know. . . Eagerly advancing His Kingdom and Occupying enemy territory to your fullest ability for your love of the Lord and your desire to serve Him . . . but if only for financial survival . . . Either way, Christ’s Kingdom profits and the Gospel goes forward:

ANSWER: See http://hushmoney.org/ I’m sure there are 1,000 others - this is the one used by the Independent Baptist movement.

[7] David, but what does it take to set it up?

ANSWER: I gave you several steps in the first email.

[8] Wouldn't the government tend to look at it as a sham?

ANSWER: To the EXACT degree you consider it a sham! If you are not serious, have no conviction, do not believe in what you are doing, have no activity, put no time and money into the ministry, are ashamed to be identified as a minister in your community, keep no records, then it would appear to me - and others - sa a sham and a scam.

[9] What does it take to avoid that?

ANSWER: Doing the opposite of No-8.

Have a Christian home, teach your wife and Children there, praise and worship God daily there, write a serious Christian book or two, have a Christian website or two, use some money for these causes, perhaps even help start a Christian Church-School of which you are the Teacher & Pastor.

Simply be a serious and dedicated Minister of the Lord Jesus Christ - willing to die in His cause!

[10] What exactly are the tax benefits?

ANSWER: Hard to say without knowing any details: does your wife work? Is she in the social Security Program, Does she need to be?

A rough guess is 20% of annual income MINIMUM “IF” if you do most of what is available to you, 30% Average and 40% above average - If you do the whole program, 50% to 100%

[11] You say I could do it without becoming a non-profit?

ANSWER: Absolutely and it is the ONLY recommended way. Why give the State authority over your Ministry?????
