Welcome to God's Bible CollegeMISSION STATEMENT God’s Bible College is committed to the spiritual development of our students; we are committed to equipping our students by solid grounding them in the Word of God and in sound theological teaching, as well as providing hands-on opportunities for our students to be trained in various areas of ministry. God’s Bible College offers several different programs in which students may enroll: For students who are interested in a one-year program only, we offer the certificate of Practical Ministry for those who successfully complete the one –year course, God’s Bible College awards a Bachelor of Practical Ministry degree to students who successfully complete the three year program, which includes , the one-year God’s Bible College core Course followed by the two-year Leadership Trainings. Students who are interested in the ministry of prayer may pursue the Degree of Intercession of Practical Ministry-Intercession-Prayer Emphasis degree.God’s Bible Institute operates on a trimester schedule, with three twelve-week trimesters per year. Core classes meet from 8:00 a.m to 12: 30 p.m, Tuesdays through Wednesday and electives meet in the afternoons. The Academic Calendar list specific trimesters dates. FACT SHEET ABOUT REV. KENNEDY WANINGU     Kennedy Waningu was born again, received Jesus Christ as Lord and personal savior in 1994, under the leadership of Senior Pastor Rev. Joseph Mariga of Full Gospel Churches of Kenya* where he served for (5) five years, as an evangelist, Pastor in charge under (7) churches of the same organization. Later, 1997 * he felt convicted by the Holy Spirit to serve the body of Christ, under the instruction, and advice of his Senior Pastor and Board Local Members*, He was instructed to wait upon the Lord, which he did wait for one year (Jan 1997 – till August 1998, for the installation of new pastor took place). In August 1998, Kennedy Waningu was blessed by the local church Senior Pastor and elders, and released before a congregation of a local church Kapterit Full Gospel Churches of Kenya, after which he came back home at Makutano (Cherangany) Full Gospel Church and started an inter-denominational fellowship at the Market Centre, in 1999. After attending Morris Cerrullo Word Evangelism – School of Ministry, at KICC, Nairobi* in 1999, Kennedy Waningu, got affiliated to World Revival Mission*, as a Missionary. In 2000, he knew Pastor Dominic Mbijiwe,Nairobi who is now an ordained Bishop of Good Samaritan Kenya fellowship, Naivasha Road* with several branches now across the country. In 2001, Kennedy Waningu, married Doreen Kanana* at Nairobi, Good Samaritan Fellowship Kenya. On 29th December, 2003, Rev. Kennedy Waningu, was now officially* ordained under the mission, by Bishop John Kisuli, which he works under till now, in the missionary activities. Rev. Kennedy Waningu, is a trained student of Kenneth Hagin Ministries, Rhema Bible Training Center* 1999 – 2002 Reinhard Bonke – school of Fire - *2006 – 2007 School of Fire – James Kassaga - * Uganda 1999 Morris Cerullo World Evangelism School of Ministry Training. * 2004- 2008. Face-to-face - faith to faith - video Conference Training with Bishop Chris Jukes* 2006-2007. Wagner Leadership Institute* - 1999-2004 He pursued a Doctorate through 2008. He was Conferred upon with a Doctorate of Divinity by Cambridge Theological Seminary in 2009. These opportunities have opened a door for him to work at National presiding Leadership of Kenya Prayer Team, a link to U.S prayer Team, he one of the Global national representative leaders of day to pray for the peace of Jerusalem, He is the African representative of Global Teleconferencing prayer Ministry*. Rev. Kennedy Waningu is the Founding Director of God’s Bible College in Collaborations with Resilience, Inc. Professor of William Jessup and Bethany University San Jose U.S.A*, which he invited from the U.S* for the official inauguration of God’s Bible Institute on 14th Friday 2008, with students from Uganda, Tanzania, Burundi, Kenya and Rwanda, he is the co- founder Global Video prayer Calls, which works on the network of Faith to Faith –Face to Face* with Bishop Chris Jukes, of Calgary Canada. Currently, He Chairs Africa-Network of praying Pastors Project* of America’s National Prayer Committee* which he is developing the curriculum from the Theological Task Force-Book, on “Giving ourselves to prayer” , book of 592 pages written by 80-authors from both theological academic background in US and prayer global trends. He has held Christian Medical Camp in 2008, In East Africa with a team, he has hosted from India.* He is a trustee* of several Christian organization. He is father of (3) three Tabitha, Faith and Emmanuel.* His Missionary activities have taught him and help him accomplish the God-given assignment in his life, meeting with people from all walks of life. He has spoken, and currently a guest speaker both top Christian and secular Radio and TV stations in Kenya* including Biblia Husema FM- Nairobi * Sayare radio and TV- Eldoret, * Citizen Radio – Nairobi*, Pwani FM- Mombasa*, Baraka Fm Mombasa* Imani Fm- Kitale,Radio Mambo webuye*. Several times he has taught and spoken to leaders in other nations of U.S, Canada, UK, Nigeria, S.Africa in Colleges, cities and states on radio stations like Christian Radio Cooler, (in USA, also on first Global Day of prayer as an African representative using Video and Teleconferencing calls) as a bible teacher, author, and missionary. He has several times appeared in Christian magazines across the country. Under the anointing of the Holy Spirit, and his busy fluctuating schedule he has touched many with the blessing of God who called him. Many call him a mentor, father, role model “for many are called, but few are chosen”. He personally says, “Above all I value my relationship with God”. He has an ever quenching missionary zeal in his life, for world evangelism, as so been the background of those who he interacted, trained and brought him up spiritually! Mathew 28:18-20. Asked one time the professor of Bethany University, USA, About this man, He said, “I know nothing else can quench Rev. Waningu’s thirst, except to sacrifice all his time praying and forgetting anything else, to pray for lost souls in God’s Kingdom, that gives him peace.
