Greater Miracle Temple Inspirational Baptist Church, Inc., was started in 1980 as the Miracle House of Jesus by Pastor M. Alice Garrett in Eatonville, Florida.

The name of the Church was changed after the death of Pastor M. Alice Garrett to it's present with The Rev. Dr. Eric C. Collins as Pastor. We Presently Worship in the Greater Orlando Area. We welcome all to worship with us, as we Lift Jesus Higher.

To be read with Luke 2:1-7

In today's society there are a number of us who work hard, and in some cases long, and in others multiple jobs. It appears that there are not enough hours in the day, to accomplish the task set before us, but some how we make room.

Some of us have family and friends, and it doesn’t matter what we are doing when they stop by. We are so happy to see them that we make room for there visit. Some have things they wish to do.

Is there finally ‘room’ to accomplish more important things in life, like furthering your education, even though the money might be short or you have children you take care of? Somehow, some people make ‘room.’

You might have family that is misplaced, and to make sure they are not on the street, even if you have a one bedroom apartment you make ‘room.’

In this passage of scripture Jesus is born in a manger because there is no ‘room’ for him at the inn. It could be said, that because everyone that was born in Bethlehem of Judea had returned to pay taxes there was no ‘room.’

It could be said that because Mary was pregnant, it took longer on there journey. But the question still remains today: Is there finally ‘room’ for Christ in your Heart, in your Home, in your Life?
